Power and Vacuum

The 130 watt motor has a 6L/min flow rate and provides two different vacuum levels: High (60kPa) For vacuum sealing heavy foods like meats and shellfish, Low (30kPa) For softer and wetter foods. The Normal and Gentle modes let you get the most effective results when vacuum sealing with the least amount of risk of the bags being squished together, leaking or becoming hot while being sealed.
The V7 has the choice of either Vacuum Only, Seal Only, Full Vacuum & Seal or Cancel to allow users to have maximum flexibility when using their vacuum sealers to the fullest potential.

Sealing
To provide more reliable sealings, The V7 incorporates dual sealing strips that are 1.5mm wide. Therefore, you will receive protection from leaks for extended periods of time while freezing, bulk storing, sous-vide cooking and for retail repackaging. Most household and commercial vacuum bags are up to 30cm wide and the V7 will accommodate these sizes.
Convenience

Built into the V7 is a removable cutting blade that allows the user to customize the sizes of their bag. An air supply tube included with the V7 means that this vacuum sealer can be used with Canisters"Zipper" type bags and wine stoppers. Some other nice features of the V7 include LED lights to indicate the status of the machine, a low noise (≤80dB) profile, Non-slip feet, and a 130cm long power cord so it's easy to set up anywhere in a kitchen/external workspace.
